Meet the Team
Adrian PraveenChief Executive Officer
Founder of Arrowood, Adrian has been in the Hospitality Industry for 15 years. He has worked in groups like Shangri-La and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Hotels he has worked at include Traders Hotel Penang, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, St. Regis Hotel Singapore, G Hotel Penang and Olive Tree Hotel Penang. During his prime time in G Hotel, Adrian has built up his position in Sales & Marketing from Business Development Manager to Director of Business Development. From there, he pursued his position in Olive Tree Hotel as Director of Sales & Marketing and was one of the youngest to have held the position in the country. Adrian is passionate and has proven himself as a successful leader in his career in Sales & Marketing.
Jessica LeeBusiness & Talent Development
Jessica has worked in the Emirates Airlines for 5 years in Dubai. She holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism and has worked with a few Education Institutions majoring in grooming standards and providing excellent services. Throughout her journey, she is recognized as an extrovert, a ‘people person’ who particularly enjoys interacting with others. Jessica has the ability to motivate and inspire employees with her honest and modest leadership skills. Jessica is responsible as an advisory in effective cost management and is responsible in employee retention and development.
Raihan RosliStrategic Planner
A degree holder in Business & Management and a diploma holder in Accountancy from Lincoln University, this young and promising individual kickstarted her career as an intern at Arrowood. She was then offered a permanent position in Arrowood given her remarkable skills that were portrayed throughout her internship. Raihan has prior experience in strategic planning and digital marketing in which she managed the strategic part of a restaurant as well as a hotel. Raihan currently works as a strategic planner in Arrowood focusing on shaping the overall company’s business strategy and developing strategic plans. Raihan is an individual who questions everything and challenges the status quo.
Jonathan TangOperations-Consultant
Prior to Arrowood, Jonathan comes from extensive hotel background where for more than 23 years he has held positions in customer service, operations and front line. Jonathan started his hospitality journey in Shangri-La Hotel as Guest Service Agent where his passion in the front line was sparked and the rest was history. Throughout his experience, Jonathan embarked a steady climb within Rooms Division department. He has worked in boutique hotels, 3 and 4-star hotels in YTL Group - Vistana Hotel Penang, Gurney Hotel Penang, A’Famosa Resort, Melaka and B-Suite Hotel.
