Fees vary based on your specific needs. Consultancy services entail a retainer fee spanning 12 to 24 months. Pre-opening and technical advisory services are charged as lump sums tied to milestones. Management fees are a percentage calculated from gross revenue and GOP (Gross Operating Profit).
